At Smart Optic, we believe that quality must be guaranteed. That’s why all Schneider-branded lenses are offered with clear and defined Guarantees, ensuring our customers can use the products with complete confidence.
1. Coating Guarantee (Anti-Reflective Coating). Applies to all Schneider lenses.
36 months from the invoice date
Peeling or separation of the coating
Cloudiness or unnatural
discoloration of the lens surface
36 months from the invoice date
2. Lens Breakage Guarantee (Sudden breakage or cracking without severe impact). Covers all custom or
stock lenses made of Polycarbonate or 1.60 materials.
12 months from invoice date for Polycarbonate and Trivex lenses
At the time of edging and mounting
for 1.60 lenses
3. Progressive Lens Guarantee. Applies to all Schneider lenses.
30 days from the lens delivery date
Dissatisfaction with near, intermediate. or distance vision
Lack of adaptation or compatibility with the lens design
General Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Requirements:
- Invoice number, order number, lens serial number
- A clear explanation of the defect or issue
Condition:
- Full lens information must be registered in the system
- Guarantee card and return form must be provided
Additional Notes:
Lenses are not covered if the issue is due to a prescription error or ordering mistake.
